When will my order be delivered to me?

If the order is placed before 15:30 on weekdays, the products will be shipped on the same day. Depending on your region, you will receive it within a maximum of 2-3 business days. (We do not deliver cargo on Saturdays and Sundays.)

I want to make changes to my order, how can I do it?

You can submit your change request by contacting us on WhatsApp at +90 545 378 16 94 or via Nessencemedia Instagram account within 12 hours after completing your order. If your product has not been shipped, you will be informed as soon as possible if it is in stock.

How can I cancel my order?

You can submit your order cancellation request by sending a message to the WhatsApp line at +90 545 378 16 94 or by contacting us on the Nessencemedia Instagram account before your product is shipped.

How long does it take for my payment to be refunded to my account if I return/cancel my product?

If the product has not been shipped, the refund of the transaction you made with your credit card varies depending on the bank, and is made to your credit card within 20 business days. Refunds for transactions made via money order/EFT are made within a maximum of 2 business days. When the product is received and returned, these periods start after the product is returned to us. When payments are refunded at the door, the amount is transferred to the customer's account as a shopping credit. Changes are possible for payments at the door.

Where is my cargo, how can I track my cargo?

You can use the cargo tracking code (shipping code), which will be sent to your e-mail address after the products you have purchased are delivered to the cargo company, by logging into the cargo company's website.

What should I do if I want to return the product?

You must inform the WhatsApp line at +90 545 378 16 94 within 7 days following the day your order arrives. For returns due to any defect arising from the product, you can return the product you purchased within 7 days from the delivery date.

All you need to do is send us the product and its invoice, along with all invoice copies, in an unused and undamaged state, and with all accessories, by any courier company, making sure that it is not a non-refundable product. Returns are accepted with all cargo companies, including PTT.
