Shipping cost

For orders placed through Nessencestore.com, shipping costs are charged according to the product type. This amount is reflected on your invoice during the ordering process. The shipping amount is seen as the product detail when shopping. If shipping is free, this will also appear in the purchase amount. Standard shipping fee: 15 TL.

When will my cargo arrive?

Products ordered before 15:30 are usually shipped on the same day, or the next day at the latest. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. It will be delivered to your address within 2-3 business days, depending on your region. You can check your orders from the "My Orders" tab by logging into your account. Once your order is delivered to cargo, in the "My Orders" tab, click "Where is My Cargo?" You can find out at what stage your order is from the link.

At what time will the product I purchased be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to the address you specified during working hours (09:00 - 18:00) by the cargo company determined for shipment.

Are deliveries made on public holidays?

Delivery is not made on public holidays.

What can I do if they cannot find my order at the address when it arrives?

The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified in advance. If you cannot find it at your address, you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us.

Do you have delivery abroad?

Currently, delivery is only made within Türkiye.
