How to make change?
For size change or replacement with a different product, you can request an exchange via the WhatsApp line at +90 545 378 16 94 within 14 days after the product is received. When sending the product to us for exchanges, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. The shipping fee sent to you after the exchange is free. When your products reach us, the new product you want will be shipped. The shipping time of the exchange/return product is within these 14 days.
How can I return/exchange promotional products?
Returns are not accepted for promotional products. It can be exchanged for any other product you like within 14 days. The shipping time of the exchange/return product is within these 14 days.
How many days does it take to return the product?
The return period for defective or defective goods is 14 days. This period, which is 14 days according to the regulation on distance contracts, is controlled by law and is included in the sales contract. You can return a defective or defective product within 14 days following the day you receive your order. If the product is visibly deformed from the outside during shipping, make a report to the cargo officer and return it back. Shipping and other costs for returns of defective products are covered by us. Disposable products, cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear and personalized products (products with names), luxury and design category products and used products cannot be returned. All out-of-stock and discontinued products cannot be exchanged or refunded. The shipping time of the exchange/return product is within these 14 days.
How do I perform the exchange?
First of all, please make your change request via the WhatsApp line at +90 545 378 16 94. If there is more than one product in your order, you can exchange the product(s) partially or completely within the framework of the criteria below.
1. The product that is unused (its originality is intact) and has not lost its resalable feature.
2. The original box of the product (if any),
3. All accessories sent with the product,
4. The original invoice of the product,
5. The product must be shipped without removing any labels on it.
Make your shipment with the cargo company we have sent to you. Submitting an exchange or refund to the return form will speed up your transactions. If you do not specify, you will be contacted when your return reaches the warehouse and the necessary guidance will be given. In order for the cargo to reach us, the return address must be the sender address on your invoice.
- After sending your exchange cargo, if necessary, you may be asked for your shipment code for the cargo you sent. Please keep your shipping code to avoid any problems.
- Exchanges can be made for different products, the product amount does not have to be the same, the new product amount is calculated as a result of the exchange and if there is a difference, it is sent with cash on delivery. If the replacement products are more affordable, the difference will be refunded to your payment method.. .
For returns, when the product reaches our company, collection, shipping costs, campaign discounts and, if any, money transfer or EFT shipping costs for the return process are deducted from the fee and the remaining amount is deposited in full to your account. It takes 20 business days for the refund of accepted products to be refunded. No refunds or exchanges can be made for products whose sales have been closed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for you to see your refund on your credit card. If you have requested an exchange, the new product will be shipped on the same day.
Who bears the return/exchange shipping costs?
In case of faulty product shipments, shipping costs are covered by us. Faulty product covers defective products that are different in size from the products in your order. In order to avoid paying shipping fees for faulty product shipments, you must send a message to the WhatsApp line at +90 545 378 16 94 and create your return/exchange request. Cargoes of faulty products for which a return request has not been initiated will not be accepted. Shipping costs for size changes, product exchanges and product returns are paid by the customer. In exchanges, the products that reach us are sent back to the buyer with a shipping fee of 15 TL.
